Refund Policy

This policy applies to Pitch Leo early access credit payments.

Early access credits

The early access offer is a 10 USD credit payment. If you continue with Pitch Leo after full release, this amount is intended to convert into account credits for the released product.

Refund window

You may request a refund for your early access credit payment before those credits are used. Refund requests are reviewed within IST working hours.

Payment settlement

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, and international settlement times may take additional business days after we approve the refund.
